The service

Local Fence Pro helps homeowners connect with independent local fence contractors. Local Fence Pro does not perform fencing work and does not employ, control, supervise, or guarantee independent contractors.

Contractor relationships

All contractors are independent. The homeowner is responsible for evaluating and selecting the contractor and for verifying that any hired contractor holds the license and insurance required for the work in the homeowner's location.

No warranties

The website and service are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Local Fence Pro does not warrant or guarantee contractor availability, pricing, scheduling, materials, or workmanship.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Local Fence Pro is not liable for damages arising from the use of the website, communications with contractors, or work performed by contractors.
